FlexiblePosition Details/Duties:

Stay current with advancements in healthcare industry & technology, data science, and regulatory requirements to inform data strategy and decision-making.Participate in the development and optimization of data infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security of data systems.Serve as a data strategist to identify and integrate new datasets that can be leveraged through our framework and work closely with the data professionals in the development of new data products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, clinicians, and data professionals, to design and implement data-driven solutions.Collaborate with providers to understand their needs and tailor data solutions to address specific challenges in patient care, operations, and financials.Analyze complex data sets for trends and patterns and interpret data with clear objectives in mind.Develop & implement predictive models, algorithms, and machine learning solutions to identify patterns, trends, and potential risks in data.Translate technical findings into actionable insights for key stakeholders.Implement data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data analyses.Position Requirements:

Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and independently manage projects.Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and security best practices.Experience:

Proven experience with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.Advanced experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for effective communication of insights.Project Management experience preferred.Education:

Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.Physical:

This position is classified as Light Work in the Dictionary of Occupational Titles, requiring the exertion of up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly (66% of the time) to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are more than those for Sedentary Work.
