What You Will DoWe are looking for a Senior Search Relevance Engineer to work with a team to improve a search-based question-answering platform at Moveworks. We build search technology to instantly answer enterprise users’ tech questions by combining modern information retrieval methodology with the latest advancements in natural language understanding. The core value of our Search product is achieved through accurately retrieving, matching, and ranking text snippets extracted from various knowledge sources as direct answers to users’ requests. You will play a critical role in enhancing answer quality by addressing challenges such as the lexical gap, semantic text understanding, and data sparsity.We are assembling a team that focuses on moving fast, solving challenging product/engineering problems, and delivering value to our customers.
