The cases are divided evenly among eye, endoscopy, and orthopedic surgeries, with minimal pediatric involvement. There is significant use of regional anesthesia and ultrasound-guided blocks, as well as outpatient catheters. The CRNAs are highly skilled, with MDs focusing mainly on pre-operative care and performing blocks. The team operates four surgical ORs and three endoscopy suites, running all seven on two days a week and five to six on the other days.
