Your responsibilities will include monitoring and administering medications, educating patients on treatment compliance, and assessing the effectiveness of medications to identify adverse reactions. You will be responsible for documenting patient progress notes, processing admissions paperwork, and ensuring the accuracy of billable work hours.Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between psychiatric patients and various medical professionals and service agencies, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care. Your role will also involve conducting mental and physical evaluations, facilitating client applications for medication programs, and organizing medical appointments for residential clients.
