The Ideal Candidate will have:

Responsibilities:

Develops and implements processes: Work across multifunctional teams and collaborate to meet EHS goals.

Ensure compliance with all Oracles standards, local, federal, or regional statutory requirements.

Reviews and thoroughly analyze EHS documentation.

Have a track record of large-scale service accountability from multiple jurisdictions.

Ability to lead EHS discussions with experience and expertise.

Support notification, reporting, escalation, and resolution of EHS risks, incidents, and findings.

Experience and working knowledge of Data Centers preferred.

Familiarity with health & safety practices and/or regulatory compliance preferred.

Monitors company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and preference for a Masters in health and safety, industrial hygiene, risk, or associated science fields.

Minimum 6 years’ experience in data centre construction required.

Candidate must have at least one certification, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), Construction Health and Safety Technologist (CHST).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience in interpreting and implementing standards and processes.

Mission Critical project delivery.

Ability to work with diverse groups across multiple time zones and countries.

Proficient in MS Office Tools.

Project and relationship management skills.

Be comfortable with ambiguity, consistent change, and strong critical thinking skills.
