NICE Customer Engagement Analytics is looking for a Data Scientist to join our team. You will play a vital role in enhancing our contact center solutions through the development of advanced NLP algorithms and models. You will work in a collaborative team environment to explore and create solutions to industry problems using machine learning and state-of-the-art large language models. You bring to this team environment a strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, as well as the curiosity and grit to see a project to delivery.

Responsibilities

Explore high-level, undefined ideas and business problems using structured and unstructured dataDevelop product offerings through careful consideration of business value and data analysisBuild and fine-tune deep learning and machine learning models, with an emphasis on large language modelsCommunicate research findings, technical concepts, and model recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Minimum Skills And Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing machine learning and NLP models using real-life (“industry”) dataExperience working with deep learning modelsExcellent proficiency in Python programmingAdvanced knowledge of statisticsExcellent communication and presentation abilities

Additional Desired Skills And Experience

Proficiency with one more deep learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, etc.)Experience deploying NLP models in production environments, ensuring scalability and performanceExperience with building and/or fine-tuning large language modelsExperience as part of a software organization
