EMERGENCY VETERINARIAN
to join our team!Carolina Veterinary Specialists (CVS) operates six full-service emergency & specialty referral facilities in the Carolinas, with locations in Huntersville, Charlotte, Matthews, Rock Hill, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem. Each location provides multiple referral specialties, as well as 24-hour emergency and critical care.Come join a fun group of ER doctors that have been working together for years and are looking to grow our team! At CVS Charlotte, we encourage a well-rounded work/life balance and we strongly support quality of life outside of the practice! For this reason, the emergency doctor schedule is curated thoughtfully and includes large blocks of time off. Because our hospital hosts so many specialists, we see a variety of interesting cases on ER from a wide referral area. The Emergency service at CVS Charlotte works closely with our Surgery, Neurology, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Oncology (including Radiation Oncology) services to provide phenomenal patient care.To help our DVM’s practice only the highest quality of veterinary medicine we have on-site/easy access to:Snyder Intensive Care UnitsIn-house laboratory (Heska, IDEXX, e-POC, coagulation)SurgiVet Multi-Parameter monitoring systems3 Toshiba high-resolution ultrasound machines including ER FAST scan24-hour care & hospitalizationDigital radiographNew 128-slice CT ScannerState of the art facilitiesEndoscopy, including fiber otic & bronchoscopyCUBEX Inventory Management SystemGuaranteed minimum base salary of $175,000 for an experienced emergency clinician, in addition to a gracious sign-on bonus.
