Now, DV group affiliates include two broker dealers, a cryptocurrency market making firm, and a bourgeoning investment adviser.Responsibilities:Primary administrative responsibility to various Senior Executives across Technology, Risk, Finance, and LegalProvide calendar management for all internal and external requestsArrange detailed (domestic and international) travel plans, itineraries, agendas, and compile all necessary documents for travel-related meetingsPartner closely with our CFO/Finance Department on bank account setup, audit preparation/coordination, as well as the contract management process and ad hoc reporting as neededCalendar and meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, org chart creation and project management support as neededPrepare and submit monthly travel and expense reports as well as all necessary invoices for paymentOther day-to-day administrative responsibilities as required by the Executives or DV Trading.Requirements:10+ years of experience supporting Senior Executives, including organizing events and executive-led meetings (both internal and external)Meticulous attention to detail, strong multitasking, and problem-solving skillsThrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and enjoys being challengedStrong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skillsProfessional demeanor and ability to interact with senior executivesProven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and responseExpected to be present in the Chicago office (at least three days a week)Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
