Description

Job Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, service, and installation teams to deliver customized solutions that meet our clients' needs, and report directly to a company Vice President.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Serve as a key point of contact for customer account management matters.Build and maintain a deep understanding of our systems, products, and services.Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions to our clients.Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives, both internally and externally.Identify areas of improvement.Collaborate with our internal team to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to grow client relationships.Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations as needed.Prepare reports on account status.Schedule and conduct regular account reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our services and products.Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present to all levels of an organization, internally and externally.Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.Excellent listening, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.Superior follow-up and follow-through skills.
