You are driven to guide, motivate, and inspire staff members to perform at their best and foster a positive work environment. You have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.To be successful in the role you will need:Educational Leadership: Spearhead curriculum development aligned with early childhood education principles and the National Quality Framework.Compliance and Administration: Ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and efficient administration of center operations.Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, fee processing, and financial reporting in collaboration with our dedicated Accounts team.Staff Development: Mentor and support our passionate educators, fostering their professional growth and maintaining a positive workplace culture.Facility Management: Ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene.Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with families, stakeholders, and local authorities to enhance our center’s community presence.You will also have:Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (Preferred) ORDiploma or Advanced Diploma in an area of study applying to childcare workers under the NQF (Essential)Blue Card (Essential)Current First Aid HLTAID012 Certification (Essential)If you would love to live and work in one of the most beautiful locations in Australia and have childcare experience we would love to speak with you.
