The Negotiator works closely with the Manager and Sr. Negotiator to develop a plan that meets client's budgets and objectives with clear rationale.ResponsibilitiesAttend partner meetings, maintain rapport, and provide clients with research data and media informationCollaborate with team members to develop and manage digital media plans, providing guidance to associatesMentor and train associates, ensuring strategy integration into media choicesConduct industry research using various media tools and develop RFPs with media partnersContinuously seek real-time opportunities to keep clients competitive and develop industry and partner POV'sOversee production timelines, creative development, and campaign implementation.Evaluate partner proposals, negotiate plan details, and manage budget allocation and optimizationSecure competitive marketplace pricing, foster strong media partner relationships, and apply knowledge of investment strategiesRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience with campaign management/ad serving technology and third party market research tools such as Double Click DART, Atlas DMT, comScore Media Metrix, Nielsen NetView, @Plan, and/or eMarketerProficient understanding of accounting principles, data analyzing, and market research; knowledge in media mathExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid negotiating skills and experience collaborating with Strategy and Communications Design teamsProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and WordProficient with MBox or equivalent Inventory Management systemInitiative does not require candidates have a college degreeDesired Skills & ExperienceAble to work as part of a team in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environmentStrong written, verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills1+ years of Media experience.
