Medical Director - Endovascular Neurosurgery

Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking a full-time BC/BE Medical Director of Endovascular Neurosurgery to join our employed neurosurgery group, previously known as Lancaster NeuroScience & Spine Associates (LNSA) in Lancaster, PA. This position offers an appointment at University of Pennsylvania. The Lancaster NeuroScience & Spine Associates provide comprehensive non-surgical and surgical care for diseases or injuries affecting the central and peripheral nervous systems. Join our neurosurgery practice consisting of five other neurosurgeons and two interventional physiatrists who practice as part of a service line with an ever-expanding number of advanced practice clinicians all collaboratively working to provide treatment and quality patient care. The practice’s neurosurgeons are experienced and have extensive expertise in vascular, spine, oncology, and trauma. The successful candidate would be experienced with both endovascular and open vascular surgical techniques to serve as a critical member of the most advanced certified stroke center in the area.Requirements:Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Medicine (Allopathic/Osteopathic)Completion of an accredited Neurosurgery residency and/or fellowshipCompletion of an accredited Endovascular/Cerebrovascular fellowship3+ years experience is desirablePossess or able to obtain an unrestricted PA Medical LicenseBoard Certified or Board EligibleDemonstrate appropriate acquired body of knowledge to manage general as well as trauma specific neurological issuesBenefits At A Glance:
