In lieu of formal education program, two (2) years of medical assistant or related clinical experience is required.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:One (1) year of experience in a medical office setting is required with completion of a Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant program. In lieu of formal education program, two (2) years of medical assistant or related clinical experience is required.MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:NoneADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:BLS required. Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or a similarly recognized certifying organization required.
