Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) , you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to:Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents;Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status;Medication administration;Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff;Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; andPromoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.Must Have:LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the stateStrong communication and organizational skillsBasic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learnNice to Have:Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environmentNursing experience providing direct care to multiple residentsExperience with Point Click Care (PCC)Who we are:Bay Crest Care Center believes in cultivating a family culture and thrives on person-centered care.
