To qualify for the BCBA position, candidates are required to have a Master’s degree in the field of applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a closely related field.Applicants must also have current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience is necessary, yet preferred qualifications include experience working with individuals with autism and expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments.What You’ll Be Doing
As a BCBA with Autism ABA Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention programs based on the results of assessmentsConducting functional behavior assessments and data-based decision making to determine client needsProviding parent training and support to ensure comprehensive dissemination of informationSupervising a team of behavioral therapists dedicated to implementing behavior intervention programsCollaborating with families, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of careConducting ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as neededWhat We Offer
