A higher standard for why we exist, for how we create, and for what's next.As a Healthcare Sales Professional , you are responsible for helping customers with all textile and interior design needs, providing a consultative approach to delivering the highest quality products, increasing profitable sales, and meeting customer expectations in your assigned territory. You showcase our products and services to potential clients, listen to their preferences and needs, and suggest suitable solutions. You also maintain existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchase process. Your role is crucial for driving strategic growth and attracting new business to your region.Key Responsibilities Include:Partner with Sales Leader to establish sales quotas and report any territory landscape changesUse strong consultative selling skills to balance managing existing accounts and driving self-sourced leads for pipelineBuild and maintain strong customer relationships with diversified product/ service mixUpdate forecast changes to internal resources regularly and accuratelyCreate and execute proactive sales plan based on emerging market trends and factors impacting current and prospective customers to achieve quota and grow salesLeverage CRM and sales tools to inform decision-making and manage sales pipelinePrepare sales bids and quotesSolve customer problems and complaints quickly and effectivelyManage multiple accounts and spend majority of time in field selling Standard Textile products and servicesAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomesParticipate in continuous learning opportunities such as trainings, ride alongs, meetings and networking eventsSeek feedback and opportunities for continued growthKey Qualifications include:Business or related bachelor's degree or equivalentProven sales experience with track record of over-achieving quotaPrevious sales experience selling premium product(s) and/or within the healthcare or hospitality industryPrevious B2B experience with consultative selling approachEffective problem-solving using sales experience and financial acumenDeep knowledge of industry, markets and sales processesProficiency in using Salesforce.com or similar CRM softwareProficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)Ability to travel to customer sites more than 50% of the timeStandard Textile is proud to announce it has been selected as a 2021, 2022 & 2023 US Best Managed Company.
