A BCBA at SLBS should embody an entrepreneurial mindset, exhibit strong clinical skills, and demonstrate proficiency in critical thinking and problem-solving within both clinical and leadership contexts.Description:

Sonoran Learning and Behavioral Services is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this important role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure the delivery of top-quality ABA services. Your expertise will play a key role in developing customized programs, treatment plans, and behavior intervention plans, as well as closely monitoring the progress of each case assigned to you. Additionally, you will be instrumental in the client intake process, conducting assessments, and creating personalized care plans to address the unique needs of each individual.Responsibilities:

Directly manage an assigned caseload, provide clinical guidance, and conduct training sessions for caregivers.Manage a team of RBTs assigned to your caseload.Excel in communication with direct reports and parents/caregivers.Meet prescribed clinical direction and caregiver training hours.Conduct initial assessments and reauthorization reports.Supervise and foster a positive team environment to ensure cohesion and achieve positive results for our clients.Provide ongoing training and feedback to RBTs, including performance management and evaluations.Perform other duties as required.Education & Qualifications:

Must be eligible to work in the United States.Hold a Master’s degree in psychology, education, speech-language pathology, applied behavior analysis, or a related field.Board Certification (BCBA) is required and must be in good standing.Possess a Behavior Analyst license in the state of Arizona or actively pursuing licensure.Demonstrated experience working with children with autism.Eligible for or in possession of a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety.The ideal candidate has 1-5 years experience as a BCBA managing their own caseload and is confident in their ability to lead a team of RBTs to deliver clinical wins for our clients.Benefits:
