Growing together.Position HighlightsCollegial group practice with a large referral baseTeam of 2 Physiciansand 3 dedicated Advanced PractitionersExcellentstate of the art Epic EMR systemNo call for this positionDedicated practice management systems in placeTELEDERM services offeredPerforms age-appropriate physical assessments, evaluation, and treatmentTakes history, including chief complaint, presenting illness, past medical history, and interval history. Performs age-appropriate physical exam as it relates to chief complaintOrders lab studies when indicated. Identifies differential diagnosis. Assesses severity of patient’s illness and establishes need/time for patient evaluationDiscriminates between normal and abnormal findings in the history and physical in order to establish a diagnosis. Performs tests and procedures as directed by diagnosisEstablishes age-appropriate plan of care related to patient’s identified problem, including medication, diet, therapeutic procedures, etc.Consults with other health team members regarding proposed treatment guidelines as necessaryImplements plan in safe and effective manner. Utilizes sound judgment in the establishment of priorities in patient’s care and management.
