The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fiber optic cabling installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. They should be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Pay based on experienceKey Responsibilities:Installation and Maintenance:

Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic cables in various environments, including commercial buildings, data centers, and telecommunications facilities.Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and tests performed. Ensure that documentation is complete and up-to-date for all projects.Testing and Troubleshooting:

Conduct thorough testing of fiber optic cables using appropriate equipment to ensure optimal performance. Identify and resolve any issues or defects in a timely manner.Compliance:

Ensure that all installations comply with industry standards and regulations, including safety protocols and building codes.Collaboration:

Work closely with other members of the technical team, including network engineers, project managers, and field technicians, to ensure seamless integration of fiber optic infrastructure with existing systems.Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service, including clear communication and timely response to inquiries and service requests.Training and Support:

Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed. Share knowledge and best practices to promote continuous improvement within the team.Qualifications:Experience:
