We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Research Associate to join our Antibody Discovery Group. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing our antibody discovery efforts through various techniques, including B cell sorting, Sony Sorter operation, FACS, ELISA, and yeast library screening. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment focused on the development of novel therapeutic antibodies.Key Responsibilities:

B Cell Sorting: Perform high-throughput sorting to isolate specific B cell populations.Sony Sorter Operation: Operate and maintain the Sony cell sorter, troubleshoot technical issues.Flow Cytometry (FACS): Design, execute, and analyze FACS experiments to characterize cell populations and validate antibodies.ELISA: Develop, optimize, and perform ELISA assays for antibody screening and specificity testing.Yeast Library Screening: Conduct yeast display library screening to identify and analyze antibody candidates.Data Analysis: Analyze experimental data and prepare detailed reports and presentations.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and contribute to project planning and strategy.Lab Management: Maintain accurate records, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to lab organization.Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.Experience:3+ years of hands-on experience in B cell sorting, FACS, ELISA, and yeast library screening.Proven track record of working with Sony cell sorters or similar instruments.Experience in antibody discovery and development is highly desirable.Technical Skills:Proficiency in flow cytometry and cell sorting techniques.Strong background in ELISA assay development and optimization.Expertise in molecular biology techniques related to yeast display libraries.Familiarity with data analysis software and statistical tools.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.

The hiring pay range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 per year based on skills, education, and experience relevant to the role.
