Chiropractor - Chiropractor San Luis Obispo, CAFull time or Part time

We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in San Luis Obispo, CA. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about Chiropractic, helping others, working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor loves adjusting and the principles of chiropractic, is an excellent team player who is eager to learn from a knowledgeable and well-respected team with over 25 years of experience. This is the perfect position for a recent graduate, looking to learn how to grow with a successful practice. We are flexible in our need and can accommodate a Chiropractor looking for full time or part time work.

We have a deep passion to heal our patients through chiropractic care and see them thrive in life. As we expand, we are looking for a doctor who loves to serve their community as much as we do.

Duties:•

Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging|documents|reports)•

Take and review Diagnostic imaging|X-rays•

Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis•

Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans•

Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care•

Chiropractic Care -adjustments (upper cervical chiropractic)•

Supervise and advise Chiropractic Assistants on patient care•

Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)•

Work cooperatively with team, chiropractic assistants, and other support staff for comprehensive patient care•

Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments•

Attend weekly morning staff meetings

Requirements:•

Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)•

Active Chiropractic license in CA•

Strong Chiropractic foundationSchedule:•

Full time or Part time

Salary (range):•

$85k-$110k plus bonus compensation of potentially $15,000 + per month•

Total compensation with bonus could potentially be >$200k
