This role supports the Platform org, working across two teams:Customer Care: Create a best-in-class support experience for our customers, from diagnosing their issues to connecting them seamlessly to the best solutions. You’ll design cutting-edge conversational AI and recommendation products to make sure our customers are getting the right help at the right times.Customer Trust & Safety: Ensure Robinhood is a safe and trusted place for our customers. You’ll design features, tools and campaigns that protect their privacy and data, keep their accounts secure, and let them move their money with confidence.As the first Content Designer to support Platform, you’ll have a broad scope and the opportunity to shape and uplevel the design practice in this space. You may be a good match if you’re great at zooming in and out to balance multiple priorities, feel equally at home with big-picture strategy and hands-on details, and know how to scale yourself effectively. You have deep empathy for our customers at crucial moments when they may feel vulnerable—and design clear, intuitive experiences that let them know Robinhood has their back.The role is located in the office location(s) listed on this job description which will align with our in-office working environment. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
