Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation workComplete the Flip-to-Lit approvalGuide clients through the case processDrafting and filing of pre-litigation documentsComplete TD approval for liability issuesOversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packagesManage the release approval processManage a team of 6-10 Case ManagersFocus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotiveDrive compliance and KPIs amongst teamEUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statementsRequirements

Law degree from a fully accredited law schoolAn active member in good standing with the CA State Bar Association2+ years of personal injury experienceAbility to manage high volume of pre-lit casesExcellent client service and communication skillsStrong leadership skillsSelf-starter driven by long-term career goalsSuperior writing and oral advocacy skillsThis role reports to the Pre-Suit Operations Manager.Salary Range

$125,000—$150,000 USDBenefits
