Community Treatment Specialist/Residential

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) has an immediate full-time, Community Treatment Specialist/Residential Group Home Case Manager position available for our residential group home in East Providence and Warren, RI that serves up to eleven (11) adult men and women.The individual will assist psychiatrically disabled residents of a Residential Rehabilitation Facility with learning and increasing daily living skills and structure, assisting clients in individual growth and optimizing personal independence, while adhering to individual treatment plans.Responsibilities:Medication monitoringConduct assessment of individual cases to determine clients’ needs in regard to basic life areas and adult daily living skillsProvide a variety of services that educate, teach, supervise, assist, and encourage clients to attain the highest possible levels of independence and safetyCoordinate clinical care of assigned clients with multi-disciplinary teamImmediately report to supervisor any conditions that fall outside the norms of acceptable situationsEducate and assist clients regarding household management, daily structure, adult daily living skills (ADL), nutrition, and food safetyRequirements:Associate's degree in a Human Services field requiredBachelor's Degree (BA) degree in Human Services preferredValid driver’s license and good driving record if engaged in travel on behalf of the organizationFor Full-Time Employees Working 30 – 40 hours per week, EBCAP provides a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes heavily subsidized medical and dental insurance plans (BCBSRI), supplemental vision insurance, voluntary medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts, up to 3% company matching 403(b) retirement plan, employer-paid life insurance & long term disability, generous paid time off that includes vacation/holidays/personal days/sick time, mileage reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, opportunities for center-paid training/CEUs, employee assistance programs.Thank you for your interest in employment opportunities at East Bay Community Action Program.
