With 180 offices across North America, we combine personalized service with global resources.A day in the life:Create revenue-driving strategies and oversee their implementation.Engage with client teams, carriers, PBMs, and vendors to ensure expected commissions are received.Manage accurate entries into Benefit Point for tracking revenue.Ensure business tracking is updated and accurate.Collaborate with leadership to drive operational efficiency.Own operational and project management tools, including Smartsheet.Our future colleague:Bachelor’s Degree.5+ years project management experience.Understanding of planning techniques, project management methodologies, quality measurement, organizational theory, accounting, finance, and marketing.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Preferred: Experience in pharmacy, employee benefits, or brokerage firms.
