What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead end-to-end project management for business operations, focusing on process development and deploymentImplement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and stakeholder adoptionEngage stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goalsDevelop and maintain clear and compelling project documentationDefine test plans and facilitate User Acceptance Testing processIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverablesUtilize SharePoint for effective collaboration and project documentationLeverage PowerApps and PowerBI workflows to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or related fieldPMP or PMI certification5-7 years of experience in project management within a business operations capacityStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and storytelling skillsProficient in risk management and change management principlesKnowledge of Microsoft Modern SharePoint development
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
MBA or other related advanced degreeExperience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environmentFamiliarity with PowerApps and PowerBI workflows
