Nashville General Hospital is looking for a Care-Partner for our Telemetry unit as a full-time care partner. Day shift available.This Care Partner position will be a Certified Nursing Assistant that is primarily responsible for providing direct care for assigned patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. A care partner/CNA gets direction from a licensed nurse to assist the patient with needs and tasks.Care-Partner/CNA Roles and Responsibilities:Taking and recording patient vitalsHelping patients with daily tasks, including getting dressed and using the restroomMonitoring patient progress and maintaining health recordsFostering strong relationships with patients and making patients feel comfortableAiding communication between patients and healthcare teamsCommunicating with the patient's familyHelping patients plan for hospital dischargeRequired Skills & Qualifications:Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Tennessee
