The RoleWe are seeking a skilled CMMS Administrator to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Maximo database, ensuring data integrity, providing technical training, and supporting special projects related to our Maximo system. A key responsibility will be building metrics and developing measurements of success for the engineering and maintenance teams. This role will also require the candidate to act as our site representative and global team member for Maximo-related tasks.Here’s What You’ll DoWork Order Processing:
Ensure efficient and timely processing of work orders within the Maximo system.Maximo Database Administration:
Conduct regular updates to Assets, Locations, PMs, and Job Plans within the Maximo database.Maximo Technician Training:
Provide comprehensive classroom-based training to technicians on the use and optimization of the Maximo system.Maximo User Group Representation:
Act as the site representative for the Maximo User Group, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)Maximo
Minimum of 5 years
of proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting facility’s infrastructureProven experience in CMMS administration, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.Extensive knowledge of the Maximo system or other CMMS databases, including database administration, report generation, and data analysis.Excellent technical training skills.Strong project management abilities.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Ability to analyze data and generate detailed reports.Familiarity with Maximo Mobile design and implementation is a plus.This position is site-based, requiring you to be at Moderna’s site full-time.
