This position will focus onthe ability to understand an environment's design, and to develop andprogram a complex signage and wayfinding system to fit that space. This systemwill help a visitor, student, passenger-any number of users-navigate thatspace through a combination of environmental graphics, signage,wayfinding, and physical installations.What You Will DoWork with a multi-disciplinary team of architects and designers to create astrategy, design signage and wayfinding solutions that connect people toplace for diverse client projectsGenerate multiple initial concepts and develop viable, documented designsolutions that help solve complex wayfinding conditionsIntegrate messaging, color, imagery, type and composition intothree-dimensional built environmentsReview and elevate quality of our design and documentation with designsensibility, code and technical knowledgeManage construction administration with fabricators, RFIs and installationquality.Mentor and train junior designersCollaborate with clients, design teams and other graphic designers acrossmultiple industriesFacilitate great design results by cultivating and maintaining positive clientand team relationshipsPerform as point of contact on projects for clients, vendors, and teamsManage multidisciplinary project team workload for multiple projectsCreate and manage project scopes, budgets and workplansAssist in the development of proposals and collaborate in the strategicdevelopment of new...
