Public Accounting Tax Senior ($100,000 base) We are seeking a Tax Senior for a full-time position in Wakefield, MA, offering a base salary up to $100K. This hybrid role requires in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work on Monday and Friday. Responsibilities: Supervise tax engagements in accordance with firm and professional standards Plan and schedule tax engagements with clients and firm resources Work directly with clients to build and maintain relationships Perform detailed reviews of tax returns and tax work papers Conduct tax research projects Communicate with clients and team members regarding project status, client opportunities, and other matters Provide training, direction, and supervision to team members Maintain technical expertise in various tax areas related to industry specialization Qualifications: BSBA in accounting CPA credentials and/or other advanced degree preferred 2-5 years of experience in public accounting Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple client projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Working knowledge of accounting and auditing principles Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel, ProSystem fx Tax
