BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field from an accredited university. Significant related work experience will be considered in place of a degree.7+ years of hands-on experience building complex enterprise scale applications or COTS software with a mix of on premise and cloud deployment methods.Experience designing highly available networks, including virtual servers, networking and software clustering.Strong theoretical and practical experience in systematic software engineering and software architecture.Experience in evaluating and improving the performance, security, scalability, reliability, and robustness of large industrial-grade software systems.Ability to analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources, apply critical and creative thinking to draw conclusions or develop solutions to complex problems.An ever-expanding mind that is adept at conceptualizing complex ideas quickly and conveying those thoughts to others in a clear, effective, and motivating manner.
