Location: Onsite in Las Vegas, NV OR Tempe, AZ OR Atlanta, GA

Overview:

Our client, a full-service provider of payment solutions and support, is searching for a Director of Inside Sales to add to their sales leadership. Their solutions unlock the complicated world of payment processing with multiple bank sponsorships, the variety of best-in-class technology platforms, a wide-selection of hardware, on-site underwriting, and technical support experts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and managing a sales staff. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and build strong relationships with partners. Responsibilities:Lead by example, oversee and lead inside sales managers and associated staff. Current teams in Las Vegas, NV and Tempe, AZProvide ongoing training and coaching to the sales teams to maximize performanceDevelop, execute and monitor sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and success for all sales campaignsMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunitiesProvide daily reporting on inside sales performance and market dynamicsStrategically cultivate new accounts and seek opportunities to expand businessContinuously refine and optimize the sales process to enhance productivityRepresent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance the company's visibility and reputationRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in the industryProven track record of successfully leading sales teams and exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of the fintech ecosystem, including key players, trends, and challengesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategiesStrong leadership and team-building skillsAbility to work collaboratively across departments and with external partnersWillingness to travel as needed
