Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to support our fully virtual client in the identity and access management space. This position has the exciting opportunity to support an innovative startup with some of the best software engineers in the industry. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
5+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise applications on the .NET platform in C#2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) including Kinesis, S3, and RedshiftDesired:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant fieldResponsibilities:
Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applicationsUtilize C# and .NET technologies to design, develop, and maintain API's and microservices and integrate with 3rd party APIs for data consumptionWork with data storage solutions such as MSSQL Server, MongoDB, AWS RedshiftOptimize and scale backend systems for performance, reliability, and scalabilityConduct code reviews and provide feedback to team membersIdentify bottlenecks and bugs before devising solutions to address these issuesWrite clean and well-documented code while following best practicesImplement security best practices to protect data and sensitive information
