ADP is hiring a Senior IAM ArchitectWell, this may be the role for you. Ready to design what's next?In this role, The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) Architect reports to the Domain Architect Lead for IAM Architecture in a hands-on role focused on the security architecture in the identity lifecycle management and provisioning space . The architect works directly with Lead Development, Engineering and Operational resources through collaboration and mentoring to shape the IAM capabilities for the firm.Every day, you will promote architectural initiatives that drive revenue and improve efficiency aligned with business strategy. Each day, you will start with a scrum and identify priorities within the current sprint or discuss a new project. Then you'll create designs to guide the developers while they code what you design. As the team lead, you'll communicate and collaborate with your team and cross-functionally, acting as the technical reference.To thrive in this role, you have

of technical lead / architectural skills and responsibilities, along with in-depth knowledge of SailPoint’s IdentityIQ or IdentityNOW . in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalentDeep architectural understanding of the workforce IAM space and understanding of the alignments between the various verticals IGA, PAM, Authentication, Directory, AuthorizationAbility to interview stakeholders, clarify the problem statement, elicit requirements, and transform those requirements into designs to be consumed by engineering teamsStrong communication skills, both technical and non-technical, equally comfortable presenting ideas / concepts to senior leadership, implementation teams, and business stakeholders in terms appropriate to the audienceSkilled at creating complex technical architecture diagrams in a clear and organized format appropriate for various audiences from technical to senior leadershipSkilled at taking complex topics and making them simpleTransparent judgment and stands behind their decisionsFlexible and collaborative with peersMinimum 7 years of shown technical lead / architectural skills and responsibilities preferredIAM protocols such as SCIM, OAUTH, SAML, OIDCIn depth knowledge of SailPoint’s IdentityIQ or IdentityNOW productsExperience crafting lifecycle event flows such as Joiner / Mover / LeaverUnderstanding of and experience implementing SailPoint. Understanding of SailPoint Identity IQ/IDN deployment and architecture, experience integrating applications and writing provisioning/aggregation rules, writing sophisticated business processes, API extensions and pluginsExperience of integrating sophisticated platforms with Identity IQ/IDNSolid understanding of Microsoft Azure as a deployment platform for SailPoint IDNSolid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active DirectoryRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISA.
