Based in Boston, MA, 3 days in the office each week.Company Overview:
RWE is a global renewable energy company committed to driving the transition to a sustainable future. Focused on offshore wind energy, we are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Partnership and Transactions team.Position Overview:
The Senior Manager will play a key role in developing strategic partnerships and coordinating transactions within the offshore wind sector in the United States. Responsibilities include identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement partnership strategies for offshore wind development and expansion.Identify and evaluate potential partnership and investment opportunities.Promote negotiations and structuring of partnership and legal agreements.Conduct due diligence on potential partners.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful transactions.Maintain relationships with partners and stay informed on industry trends.Provide strategic insights to senior leadership based on market analysis.Qualifications:Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field required. MBA or CFA preferred.5-7 years experience in finance, investment banking, corporate development, or legal roles with a focus on renewables.Experience delivering complex transactions including partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.Ability to travel as required.Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Benefits offered:
