Summary
The Inside Sales/Lead Generation Sales Associate will generate revenue by calling into small and mid-size companies, generating leads and meetings for the outside sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth in technology sales.
Responsibilities:
Prospect new sales opportunities with small and medium businesses applying lead generation sales methodologiesMeet or exceed quotas for qualified leads/appointments passed to the sales team through phone and email-based prospectingPromptly follow-up with and qualify marketing-generated inquiries for our services;Perform all lead nurturing activities once qualified prospects identifiedResearch and gather information about target SMB's and develop prospecting listsQualify prospects, arrange sales appointments, perform an online research to prepare for client visitsConduct web research and navigate organizations' sites to uncover appropriate contactsDocument all activities and interactions in the CRM toolEfficiently manage prospect pipeline to produce maximum resultsCreate and perform various outbound call campaigns around verticals, specific events, or targets in addition to ongoing primary lead generation activitiesSupport our direct or indirect channel sales efforts as needed or requestedHeavy phone prospecting in order to set qualified appointments; develop utilizing a conversational approach to uncover and qualify new business opportunitiesKnowledge, Skills, & Requirements:
Must have previous inside sales/lead generation B2B experience. Small business sector is a plusStrong phone prospecting and marketing skills; ability to reach prospects creatively, identify decision-makers, handle objections positively and professionallyMaintain CRM data, ability to share best practices, continually improve processes, and provide clear and consistent reporting to managementProactively manage your schedule and leads pipeline in order to meet milestones and objectivesField inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potentialMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environmentMust have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalismDemonstrated ability to deliver above-expectation results in driving pipeline growthDemonstrated ability to conduct extensive outbound cold callingExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; detail-orientedAbility to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
