As Regional Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our wholesale business, responsible for nurturing and expanding client relationships within our mini-major / key account businesses. Your role encompasses not only driving wholesale sales for these key customers but also ensuring stores maintain optimized style assortment selections, proactively encouraging repurchases, and, where applicable, crafting tailored special makeup and private label programs to round out seasonal buys. You'll have the opportunity to represent a prestigious brand, and with that, manage corporate showroom aesthetics and personnel, as well as assist in the execution of an on-brand tradeshow presence across the country.Essential Job Functions

Develop, manage, and implement a growth plan for existing key accounts as well as top-level Specialty Stores.Strategize with the Director of Sales to achieve sales goals each season through correct product assortment and SMU/private label opportunities.Sell seasonal lines with a strong presence in the showroom and the ability to pro-actively recommend assortments to accounts with a balanced presentation of Essentials, Fashion, and Year-Round Basics.Influence assortments by analyzing product performance, customer feedback, consumer trends, competitive landscape, and local market knowledge.Prepare post-market by account recaps that highlight opportunities – best sellers, comp analysis, & how it relates to the total business and translate that into growth opportunities.Identify potential new markets. Develop and build relationships with new retailers to contribute to the continued growth of wholesale revenue.Support management of wholesale samples and merchandising of collections. Responsible for keeping corporate wholesale sample collection organized.Manage regional corporate showrooms. Execute on-brand merchandising plan of the collection and maintain showroom aesthetics.Strategize on a quarterly review of business opportunities and trends to present to the executive committee.Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.Position Qualifications

10+ years of wholesale apparel sales and showroom experience. Sales management a strong plus.Direct relationships with major and top-tier specialty store accounts.Must have experience managing showrooms and trade shows (preparation, booth set up and breakdown, selling).Comfortable being the external face of the brand, representing with integrity, passion, and commitment.Must have strong (verbal and written) communication skills with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience working with wholesale platforms, preferably NuOrder.Experience in private label a plus.Strong product knowledge in the modern sportswear market.Strong retail analysis and Microsoft Suite skills.Strong leadership skills and Team player mentality.Must have exceptional time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.Highly motivated and organized, with a proven track record of success.Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time.What We Offer
