Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to
- Lead tax planning and compliance engagements for our clients
- Manage and mentor other team members, providing guidance and support
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
- Advise clients on tax planning strategies and identify potential tax-saving opportunities
- Conduct thorough tax research and provide technical guidance to the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting or finance related field
- CPA license
- 10 years of current or recent public accounting tax experience
- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
- Successful at fostering strong relations built on trust and credibility
- Adept at meeting client requirements and deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail focused and driven to achieve high standards
- Proficient in utilizing tax software - CCH, XCM, QuickBooks is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
