At Unity, we are driving the wholesale adoption of Real-Time 3D (RT3D) across many different businesses and industries. We strive to help companies accelerate through their digital transformation programs and create the foundations for Web 3.0.
Key to our success is delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving meaningful interactions with our clients through our Customer Success organization. The needs of each customer can vary greatly and as such there is no one-size-fits-all solution for supporting and ensuring our customers' success. We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant for Customer Success who will partner closely with our Sales, Pre-Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to work with customers to help them identify or build the ideal success plan for them across both our Games and Industry verticals.
This is a non-commissioned sales overlay role focused specifically on the product and service offerings from within the Customer Success organization and will be focused primarily on North and South America, however, some coverage of Asia and Western Europe may occasionally be required.
This role is based in Austin, TX and reports to the Director of the Product, Optimization, Enablement, and Training (POET) Organization within Customer Success Everywhere (CSE).
What you'll be doing
- Partner closely with Americas-based sales reps (industry and games) to identify ideal fit and help pitch customer success products.
- Design custom success offerings that scale with customer needs, when off-shelf products don’t meet their needs through collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) who review complex proposals to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of all pillars within Customer Success and how best to utilize them to augment customers needs.
- Track and report on revenue pipeline related to Customer Success engagements in the Americas and proactively reach out to sales reps to track progress against these open opportunities.
- Share feedback from sales reps and pre-sales engineers with support, success, consulting and training teams to help refine and enhance offerings.
What we're looking for
- Direct experience with sales teams, either within sales or working directly with sales or sales enablement
- Ability to present, interact with, and influence executives internally and externally
- Solid track record in working cross-functionally with teams from multiple locations and multiple job functions.
- A minimum of 10 years experience with demonstrated leadership and problem-solving in senior roles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment against tight timelines.

- Proficient in leveraging real-time 3D technologies and digital transformation at the enterprise level, and applying this expertise across industries beyond gaming
- Background in Professional Training, Professional Services, or Customer Success organizations
- Background working for Enterprise companies in tech within the Fortune 500.
