Your responsibilities:

Secondary Engineering package including the Protection, Metering, and SCS scope for offshore wind, PtX and energy transmission projects. Should be involved in entire project life cycle starting from bidding process, all the way through the project execution and the project is handed over to service. Should also support to sales department, procurement function as well as our international business unit. Lead sub-suppliers delivering full packages or support the development of Protection, Metering, and SCS solutions and manage the Secondary Engineering Technical Managers within the sales phase, including coordination with other members of the sales team, suppliers, and customers. Manage and coordinate project work. Facilitate interface management in the project both for internal and external collaborators. Provide technical input and support to Procurement team within the selection and onboarding process of suppliers. Work proactively in close cooperation with overall project managers as well as other technical project managers and specialists, network, IT system and Cybersecurity. Lead and manage suppliers in compliance with Employer’s Requirements, assigned project budget and time frame. Execute detailed QA of suppliers’ projects deliverables. Your profile:

Degree in electrical engineering, automation or similar combined with 5+ years of experience in designing, engineering, testing and commissioning either Protection or SCADA systems. Detailed understanding of interfaces and data flows between protection or SCADA systems and other substation systems, auxiliary systems, control systems and networks. Experience and a proven track record of managing scopes in large projects. Proven supplier leadership skills. Knowledge of Cybersecurity applied in accordance IEC62443. Project and customer oriented combined with strong written and oral communication skills for co-working with technical as well as non-technical colleagues and stakeholders. Advanced English language skills. Advanced experience in intercultural collaboration, language skills and cooperation with international clients, consortium partners and suppliers. Proactive communication and good coordination skills.
