All Jobs > Regenerative Surgical SpecialistThe Regenerative Surgical Specialist works closely with hospitals and clinics, captures new accounts while nurturing existing business within the territory, and identifies the individual needs of clients and patients in order to deliver a successful experience.The Regenerative Surgical Specialist is a part of the Direct Sales team in a specifically designated territory and reports directly to that territory's Regional Director.Essential FunctionsClosely work and partner with hospitals and clinics to sell Kerecis GraftGuide, SurgiBind and SurgiCloseSell and manage revenues consistent with Kerecis targetsWork with clients and patients as well as perform in service events and follow up appropriatelyReport sales and forecastsMaintain all information in Kerecis’ CRM systemSupport and help refine/develop Kerecis’ go-to-market strategyAssist in identifying and qualifying potential candidates for future positions in KerecisAdvise Kerecis regarding reimbursement issuesAdvise the company on overall U.S. strategyRecommend new corporate processes where neededRequirementsThe RSS is able to forge relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, support and develop market strategy, and prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts.The RSS is driven, charismatic, competitive, yet a team player, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.A high-energy, creative, flexible, results-oriented individualCan work in an intense, fast-paced, multinational work environmentSelf-motivated and can work on own initiative with limited supervisionA strong strategic and analytical approach and thorough understanding of sales, sales planning, and sales executionKnowledge of sales and building new relationshipsUnderstanding of trends in the biotechnology and bio-manufacturing marketAbility to travel frequentlyA team player with leadership skillsA knack for problem-solvingExcellent organizational skillsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s or Advanced Degree, preferably in the Business, Science, or Medical field5+ years in medical sales, preferably in operating roomsProven experience and high achievement in salesEvidence of successfully developing and closing large-scale contracts with hospitals and clinics, specifically for operating rooms
