What you will do

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships, understand procurement needs, and deliver solutions.
  • Supervise and develop large teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Lead day-to-day BPO operations, monitor performance metrics, and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Analyze KPIs, implement process improvements, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Develops objectives and plans for team associates and track performance to annual goals
  • Identified as an expert across the entire Purchase-to-Pay process
  • Support/Lead transition for new client engagements (S2P)
  • Monitor, review and present operational reports to clients.
  • Develop and implement plans for client issue resolution.
  • Support on company firm building
  • Responsible for succession planning and cross-training of team members
  • Responsible for BCP and DR plan for the project/process


What you should bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field (Master's preferred).
  • In depth knowledge of procurement management processes and best practices (P2P and S2P)
  • Proven success in managing large (40+) off shore team. Experience managing teams in LATAM a plus
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills
  • Client Management skills & Project Management Skills
  • Strong leadership, client management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software/tools (P2P) is advantageous.
