Corporate Project Manager

Arclin USA, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager, at our corporate office in Alpharetta, GA. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Engineering. The successful candidate will lead designated strategic projects from initiation to delivery and will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver projects that meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and manages project plans, including project scope, timeline, budget and resources
  • Leads and coordinates internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed

  • Work closely with both internal and external project resource teams to drive projects from inception to launch through stage gate process.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams, vendors, and sponsors
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing issues as they arise
  • Manage project work to achieve assigned milestones and deliverables

  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

  • Communicate project status and progress to internal and external stakeholders

  • Schedule and lead Project update meetings with the Project SteerCo as needed but no less frequent than once per calendar quarter


  • Manage the relationship with cross-functional teams and all stakeholders


Accountability:

  • Delivering projects On-Time, On-Budget and In-Scope
  • Maintaining regular project updates to SteerCo
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions at the end of each project to identify areas for improvement


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. Engineering, Business Administrations, Manufacturing, Project Management, Science)
  • Project Management Certification (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Manager (CAPM)
  • Minimum 10 years related experience, including 5 years of project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
  • Experience from companies with R&D
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization
  • Broad understanding of business, organization, and strategy development
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams with the ability to influence factoring in perspectives and bring teams to consensus/alignment

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand is required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Competency with Planisware or similar
  • Project Governance/Stage-Gate experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
