As the Director of Sales, you will play a key role in helping accelerate our revenue growth through new customer acquisition within our Early Pay Program. You will work closely with the Account Executive team to develop and execute an effective sales strategy to regularly increase the participation of new specialty contractors using Constrafor's financial product. You will lead a team of sales professionals, build strong relationships with customers, and work closely with marketing, credit and product teams to create a scalable process for new customer acquisition. This role requires a strategic and analytical thinker with a proven track record of driving sales growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company revenue goals and market expansion.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and account management teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine sales tactics.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the executive team, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Proven experience in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Attention to detail and ability to operate in the weeds without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Exposure to the construction industry is a plus.
  • Experience selling a financial product is a plus.

  • Competitive base salary of $110,000-$125,000. OTE: $310-325k
