Qualifications/Key Performance Areas:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, required.
  • Minimum of ten years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and manage a team.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead project management teams to successful completion on projects.
  • Assume overall responsibility for project profitability.
  • Estimate and run work.
  • Growth and development of subordinates.
  • Participate in strategic planning process.
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of business unit.
  • Responsibility for business unit's growth and financial success.

  • Work is normally performed in a typical office environment.
