DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for accounts receivable processes and resources. Accurate and timely processing of billings and receipts, including clients' accounts and related payments. Perform analysis of assigned accounts. Perform analysis of uncollectable receivables. Produce monthly reports and assist in month-end close. Prepare supporting schedules for financial and regulatory audits, and as required. Backup to Billing Coordinator. Assist in the continuous improvement of AR processes. Work closely with other functional areas. Related duties as assigned.HOURS:Full-time 37.5 hours per weekMonday-Friday 9am-5:30pmQUALIFICATIONS:Associates degree and minimum 3 years accounting/bookkeeping experience or BA and a minimum of 2 years accounting/bookkeeping experience.Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy, follow-through, and communication skills.High level of comfort and proficiency working with automated financial systems. Intacct working experience a plus.Highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools.Experience with Medicaid and/or commercial billing for inpatient and/or outpatient services preferred.Prior knowledge of electronic claims processing would be preferred.*Vaccination Required.MAKE AN IMPACT
