Sign on bonus:This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus.*Current employees of any Northern Light Member Organizations or those with a service break less than one year are not eligible.Summary:Operates x-ray equipment to make radiographs of various anatomical structures of the body with the least discomfort to the patient to provide images of diagnostic quality. Works with patients, providers, families, co-workers, and other departments to provide high quality images and patient care. On call and holiday rotation required.Responsibilities:PEOPLE
Communicates regularly with patients, physicians, peers, and other health care providers to maximize successful patient outcomes and efficient, effective departmental operations.Maintains a positive working relationship with all health care team members.Works cooperatively with co-workers to maximize function of the unit.Fosters a positive attitude in the workplace by remaining focused on work and building team relationships.Remains flexible and willingly accepts changes in assignments and scheduled hours.Promotes a positive work environment and sets an example for collaborative practice.Serves as a role model and resource for staff.
