CrossTech is seeking a
Business Analyst I
to support our client in the Philadelphia, PA area. This role will require the candidate to be onsite up to 3x a week.
Job Description
Support member facing applications, including member portal, mobile app, and vendor supported portals. Develop & maintain computer base applications to support business needs. Test, debug, document and maintain programs. Work with internal & external customers at a high level to determine IS needs to provide desired results. Create detailed project outlines and application design document specifications. Formulates and defines scope (requirements) and objective based on user needs and thorough understanding of business processes. Works with stakeholders on process improvement projects designed to improve results. Gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address and resolve root causes. Evaluate/research business problems and their relationship to technology. Prepares and/or assists in the preparation of project or development proposals including problem definition, evaluation or alternatives, cost/benefit analysis, action plans and documentation (reports, models, etc.) Typically coordinates activities at a department level. Qualifications/Skills
Ability to coordinate meetings with customers and present ideas in clear and concise fashion. Ability to coordinate multiple projects of varying size & scope simultaneously. Must be able to design applications to meet customer needs. Basic understanding of key concepts and features of the subject matter and experience supporting web portals. Resource must have previous web services/API and Microsoft or Oracle SQL DB knowledge. Intermediate SQL knowledge is a must. Previous Production Support experience tracking incidents and managing customer relationships is highly desirable. Previous experience utilizing application monitoring tools and tracking of production issues is highly desirable. Experience with Health Insurance, Customer Service, and ServiceNow or other ticketing systems is a bonus.
Compensation
$40-$44/hr.
