Database Developer, SQL Server

Walker Elliott is working on a exciting growth opportunity with a technology company in the HR services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong database development background working with SQL Server, T-SQL, SSRS and also possess the ability to do some programming with .NET, C#, JavaScript, etc. This is a direct hire opportunity located in Houston. Responsibilities:

•Develop. test and implement changes to complex enterprise applications•Write and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures•Improve performance issues and develop new features as required•Investigate new techniques and technologies that can be used to improve products•Work with the team to ensure changes and enhancements are properly documented

Requirements:

•Proven SQL Server development experience in an enterprise environment•Experience T-SQL, SSRS, queries and stored procedures•Experience troubleshooting performance issues•Ability to design and develop complex systems•Preferred experience includes: C#, .NET, JavaScript or similar
