We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Lead Developer to join our team. As a lead developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of .NET applications and providing technical guidance to the development team.
Responsibilities include:
Designing, coding, testing, and debugging web applications using .NET technologiesLeading and mentoring a team of developers to ensure high-quality code and timely delivery of projectsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverablesPerforming code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesParticipating in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deploymentIdentifying technology trends and best practices to improve the development processRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldAt least 7 years of experience developing .NET applicationsStrong proficiency in C# and .NET frameworkExperience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web APIKnowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with database development and SQL ServerExperience leading and mentoring a team of developersExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsRequirements
